The final video featuring Eugene Lee Yang as a cast member of The Try Guys is set to publish later today.

The actor, soon-to-be author, and founding Try Guys member announced his departure from the team earlier this year. Along with that announcement, however, he clarified that he would continue to appear in one final series of videos called "Classic Try." The final video in that series is scheduled to release Wednesday, July 30 on 2nd try and for those with Try Guys YouTube memberships.

Classic Try is a series of videos that follows the original formula The Try Guys followed when they first started making videos under the BuzzFeed umbrella. The three remaining original team members pick something to "try" such as firefighting or color guard.

In his farewell video, Lee Yang clarified that leaving The Try Guys, though an extremely difficult decision, was the right one for him and for the team. He wanted to continue appearing in a final series of videos to honor the legacy the original Try Guys would leave behind as the company officially moved into a new era of content creation.

He also hinted that though he would no longer be appearing in videos regularly, he might occasionally return every now and then for special appearances.

Lee Yang has been a fundamental member of the team since the beginning, and his departure, though bittersweet, is an important step for him personally and professionally. He was very adamant in clarifying that his leaving does not relate to any ill feelings toward the company or remaining cast members. His career is moving in a direction he always dreamed it would, and no one can blame him for not wanting such opportunities to pass by.

Tears will be shed (though probably not by Eugene, not much known for that sort of thing). We'll all miss him dearly, but wish him all the best in all he's bound to do moving forward.
