Since its original premiere on YouTube, Hot Ones has become a highly successful and beloved series for fans of both entertainment and hot sauce. The show has expanded into its own line of hot sauces and more, and now a new series will focus specifically on the love of the heat.

In Hot Kitchen, chef and culinary producer Christian Alquiza invites viewers into the virtual kitchen as he develops and creates spicy recipes fans can then try at home. But be warned -- his creations are going to be, as you might expect, quite hot.

Alquiza is a chef and online content creator, and brings both a deep love and knowledge for food to all of his video content and more. He has appeared on other First We Feast shows in the past, but this one is all his. And who knows? You might actually learn something while you watch.

In the first of what is expected to be many more episodes, he sets out on a mission to make the best, and possibly hottest, hot wing possible. It will take more than just your average hot peppers to get the job done. The real question is: Will YOU be able to handle the heat?

Food and cooking content has been popular since long before the internet made it possible for anyone to have their own show. But the niche has allowed foodies, chefs, scientists, and artists the privilege of combining their talent and passion for food to appeal to audiences who both can and can't cook. Appealing to so-called "pepper heads" is what Hot Ones does best, and this new show will likely attract an even wider audience of food lovers.

You can watch the first episode of Hot Ones: Hot Kitchen on the First We Feast YouTube channel now.
